Our 3 bedroom villa is fully air conditioned and has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge has a 52” satellite TV with 900+ channels and Wi-Fi. The bathroom and shower room are of have sufficient hot water for all the guests. The 3 bedrooms have all new bedding and they have mosquito nets on the windows. The master bedroom external doors open onto the sheltered patio. All the cushions are new for this season. Part of the patio is sheltered from the sun by the large palm trees. There is an additional secluded courtyard/patio with table and chairs for those who want peace and quiet. The outside dining area is fully sheltered from the sun and the table are new for this season.
The 10x5 swimming pool has a Jacuzzi in the shallow end and a water feature to watch while drinking you cocktails. It is also great amusement for the children. The pool house houses a washing machine, deep freeze and WC and wash hand basin. There is a secluded external shower. The garden has a number of fruit trees including lemons and limes for your drinks. The driveway can accommodate parking for 3-4 cars.
The main town with large beach and free parking is less than 2 km away. The small town has many bars and restaurants cater for all tastes and pocket. There are many more beaches within a short distance away.
