About this property

Delightful, comfortable outbuilding in an ancient, country manor villa situated on the eastern side of Sicily. Peaceful position, views of the grape fruit orchards and from the large lawn views of the valley below reaching as far as the sea in the distance. The outbuilding is situated approx. 50 m from the large villa, but in a reserved position and with garden and its own access. Shared with the owners: beautiful garden with tall palm trees and a large equipped lawn where you will find a pretty swimming pool (7x18)(15/5-30/9) with a view reaching as far as the sea.

Lovely property and really enjoyed the pool

We had a lovely stay in Viagrande. Patricia allowed us to not only check in a couple hours early but also pay to stay an extra night! She was wonderful about communication ahead of time and we appreciated her kindness in recommending places to buy groceries or go out to eat. This area of Sicily is just beautiful and we didn’t want to leave!!

Perfect location and stay

A very cozy house with all you could need to be comfortable and away from any artificial noise. Wake up with the chriping of the birds, watch the stars at night. The location of the house is simply ideal, as you have the Etna, Zafferana Etnea, Catania, Messina and other places very near (of course, a car is needed). But what most definitely makes this house stand out is the magnificent garden surrounding the large pool, from which you can see the Etna while you relax. Alessandra and her family were as friendly as can be, and we cannot recommend this house enough.
