Nestled in the Highland Greens of Breckenridge is our 2 bedroom townhome
About Renee Rains
We have raised 3 children in Colorado. Breckenridge is one of our favorite places to enjoy with our family.
Renee Rains purchased this Townhouse in 2013
Why Renee Rains chose The Highlands
We like being close to the action yet enjoy the privacy and quiet of the Highland Greens area. We love taking the shuttle to and from the slopes at our leisure without parking hassles. We enjoy our private hot tub and the unobstructed views of the mountains .The close proximity to the Breckenridge Golf course is ideal. The bike path is just across the highway for our development. The berm of trees protects us from noise of the highway.
What makes this Townhouse unique
We love the close proximity to the golf course and cross country ski area in addition to the convenient private neighborhood shuttle.

Great property. Location was ideal for easy access to all of Summit County ski resorts and amenities. Only 40 minutes to Vail as well.
We love guests such as yourself. Come again
Perfect location in lovely place
Enjoyed our stay in this cozy well decorated home. We liked the shuttle service to the slopes for great skiing. Highly recommended
Glad you enjoyed your stay . We enjoy the shuttle as well . Come again !
glad you enjoyed it
Renee was amazing she did all she could do to insure our stay was everything we expected. Hot tub was great each night. Plenty of room in the house to not feel too tight. Overall 110% happy, hope to return soon!
Wow ! I am grateful you enjoyed your stay ! Please do return again !
Cozy, Quiet, Convenient
Come thru the entrance to be greeted by a well appointed living room. 2 couches to spread out on, a flat screen TV and a fireplace that goes on with the flick of a switch. Perfect place to relax & talk (brag) about your day of skiing. Then watch some TV until you no longer can stay awake. Walk upstairs to 2 cozy bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Although the unit shares a common wall with a neighbor, we honestly didn't hear a peep from them. The house is located between Breckenridge & Frisco. We actually enjoyed Frisco more because of their less crowded restaurants and plenty of free parking. Sorry, we had no experience with the shuttle since we had our own vehicle. The home is also a good starting point for other ski resorts like Arapahoe, Copper Mountain & Keystone. Just 2 concerns...kitchen was a bit small, but you know what they say about having too many chefs. And there is this thing about air, or the lack of it. But it has nothing to do with the house. This is the best place to stay while in Breckenridge!!
We love hearing from our guests. We are glad you could use the kitchen even though it is a bit snug.
Love the place! It was perfect!
We are glad you loved your stay and hope you will return soon
Enjoy mountain ambiance in our comfortable 2 bedroom town home. Located a short 5 minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and the lift to the slopes. A free, private shuttle is yours to whisk you to the slopes or downtown all day . In the evenings, you can use the free town shuttle about 1/4 mile walk. There are 6 other ski resorts to visit within a 30 minutes drive: Vail, Beaver Creek, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Copper, or Keystone. The Jack Nicklaus 27-hole golf course is your next door neighbor on warm weather days. In the winter you may walk across the street for cross country skiing at the Gold Nordic Center.
There are a plethora of outdoor activities in the Breckenridge area in all seasons. The recreation center is nearby for fitness, swimming, and rock climbing wall . A bike path runs near by or try out mountain biking on any of the trails nearby. Visit in January and catch a glimpse of the fascinating Ice Sculptures or in September for the well known Octoberfest. There is always a fun day in waiting for you to interact with in the mountains of Summit County, Colorado!
