Deluxe, Classy, Hip Loft - In Prime Downtown FTC (30 Day Min)

Welcome to one of the hippest, coolest & most charming places to stay in Fort Collins. Tons of attention to detail went into creating my now 3rd version of this "home like" loft that is just perfect for guests. This location rules! So close to everything that is Old Town Fort Collins; including the breweries, restaurants, bars, nightlife, and the arts and entertainment district in the heart of Downtown Fort Collins. Basically Main St. and Main St. is just 3.5 blocks away from your doorstep!

The space

This is my 3rd version of a tiny house/microloft with very useable and extremely comfortable well planned and thought out spaces. We have used only high quality materials and furnishings to make it feel as good if not even better than home! I just finished this one in the summer of 2016.

Guest access

Easy to find, and lots of space to spread out on the elevated deck! Backyard newly landscaped this summer with fire pit, and great outdoor spaces in addition to the amazing interior space!

Other things to note

You'll get to enjoy everything that is Downtown Fort Collins and CSU as it is perfectly located in the heart of it all.
