This charming 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is located in West Bradenton, only a short drive to Florida´s most beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island and 10 minutes to IMG Academy.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed. 2 bedrooms have TVs.

The living area has sliding glass doors that open to the beautiful backyard with a large pool.

Enjoy the outdoor living on the large screened pool deck or in the fully fenced backyard with beautiful irrigated green grass.

Convenient to all beaches, attractions, shopping, restaurants, museums, recreational activities, airports, and easy access to I-75 and US41.

Wireless high-speed internet included.

Kid and toddler friendly: pack and play, toddler seat and toys for your little ones are being provided.

Electric pool heater can be turned on upon request at an additional charge ($190 for the first week and $20 for each additional night plus tax) and shall be ordered at least one week prior to arrival.

Thanksgiving

We were disappointed at first with the cleanliness of the place. We called the property management and there was a cleaner that arrived first thing in the morning. Very thorough with cleaning. The heated pool was worth the price. Would stay again. Would use the same property management on a different property.

Very nice property

All was wonderful. The home was nicely appointed!! The checkout procedure was a little confusing. It asked us to "start the laundry". We washed, dried and put away all the towels we used, but we weren't sure about bed linens. So we stopped the beds and folded the quilts. Bi hope that was sufficient. Overall I would recommend this home.

Home Sweet Home

This was my first experience with VRBO and I was extremely pleased. Property was as advertised, pool was heavenly and property manager was very easy to work with. No unexpected issues, I will book this property again in the future. Very pleased!

Awesome location

Great place! Close to everything but in a quiet area. Yard was perfect for our small dog, and I really enjoyed the pool. House was clean and had a nice floor plan that gave ample space. Will definitely consider this property first for future trips!
