Luxe Verde is a tropical-modern loft in a secure downtown high-rise with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. Hand-painted murals by a local artist, warm textures, and curated greenery create a calm, design-forward stay steps from dining, entertainment, and the bay.

Location highlights
Walkable to Kaseya Center and Bayside Marketplace; Whole Foods 2 blocks; quick access to shopping, dining, and the waterfront. Port of Miami cruise terminals are about a 10-minute drive.

Guests have full, private use of the loft: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living and dining areas, full kitchen, balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer. Secure elevator access with key/fob. A host will meet you in the lobby for check-in, or a key/fob can be left with concierge if arranged in advance. Guest-paid parking options nearby include metered street parking, paid lots/garages, and building valet.

Rooftop pool with panoramic views and a sauna, both subject to building hours and availability. High-speed Wi-Fi. Trash chute located just outside the unit for easy cleanup. Passenger elevators and a step-free building entrance. Please note that building amenities are shared with residents and all house and building rules must be followed during your stay.

We designed Luxe Verde to feel like Miami, on purpose tropical-modern finishes, cozy textures, and hand-painted murals commissioned from a local artist. Have a great time, but please keep safety, neighbors, and respect for the space top of mind. No parties or smoking.

The location puts you right in downtown’s energy walkable to arenas, Bayside, and the bay while quick rides take you to Brickell, Wynwood, and the sands of Miami Beach. It’s a convenient spot for families, too, with groceries and dining close by.
