Family vacation

Plenty of room for our family of 11. Kitchen was well stocked with plates,glasses silverware and small appliances. Pool area was great! Small issue with air conditioner but maintenance was there promptly to fix the problem. Would recommend for a large group

Overall great property

The home was very clean upon check-in, a few minor issues were that there was not enough silverware for a home that sleeps 20-people, and the one dryer was not operational, however, we had no need for it, so this is just from Franks information.The biggest problem with the home is that the a/c units are grossly undersized for the location and overall size of the home. We live in Myrtle Beach Sc and have similar weather conditions and both my A/C units were more than one ton larger than in this home. There were many fans in the closets to help with the heat, however, when the temperature in the home would not go below 75 degrees during our visit it was not acceptable for the price that is charged. I would rent again from Frank the owner, but only during the cooler time of the year.

Wonderful vacation

This rental had previous sketchy reviews that made us a little nervous. My wife and I arrived first and checked the entire house. This house was clean, spacious, equipped as stated, and very nice. We had at times 18 people and were able to manage meals with very little trouble. We did bring our own small grill and griddle because of the amount of people. We would recommend that. The water park was a very short walk. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall we give it 5 stars. We had two minor issues that were handled within 2 hrs. Easy communication with management was seamless. Great vacation. We stayed 6 days in March of 2022. A big thanks to our host!
