This beautiful Lakewood home is on a large corner lot. It is the perfect location for anything near the heart of Dallas or for outdoor activities. It is professionally cleaned using the current cleaning guidelines. It is about 3 walking blocks to White Rock Lake going through Lakewood Park. This home is 2950 sq ft with a large outdoor space and inside living areas. Has 4 bedrooms and den may be a 5th bedroom. Sleeps 2-10 persons. It is within 5 miles to Dallas Convention Center, downtown, ATT center, Uptown, West Village. It is your 1st Class Digs in Dallas.
Master Suite includes a custom made king size bed, seating area with sofa, TV, desk, and daybed. The Master bath has a spa tub, double sink and shower with 2 walk-in closets.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a King or Queen bed.
Bedrooms 4 is off the front entry and has a full bed with a built in office.
All linens are purchased from the best linens manufacturer, Peacock Alley, a local business. The pillows are amazing. We are a Rep for the linens and towels, ask if you would like to purchase.
The open concept of the living areas is spacious, warm and inviting, with ample space for all.
The corner lot provides parking on the side, in drive way and in front of the house for approximately 4-6 cars.

It was good overall

Overall stay was good. The only thing I would want to point out is the cleanliness. Some of the areas were not cleaned properly. For instance there were pet hairs on the living area carpet, hair in the shower area, space under the bed had tons of dust and hair. It’s a nice house well decorated. Just a little more attention to cleanliness would make it a better place to stay

2 king beds allowed mom and dad to not have to give up what they are used to and allowed us to have our toddler sleep in the room with us in the day bed. We were told over the phone we could arrive early once our flight landed and stay late until our flight left which just blew us away. very accommodating. We were told the morning of departure that we could only stay until noon which did cause the family to feel insecure in replanning the day but honestly we survived and I think it worked out for the best. I left my necklace and the owner says she will mail it to :) she was extremely accommodating. the hostesses with the most

Beautiful location and home

You cannot go wrong if you rent this home. The property manager had great communication. She even ran over with batteries when the TV remote would not work. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and everything you will need for cooking is in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. Location to downtown and the museums and aquarium was also perfect. Very short walk to a great park for kids and just a little further to reach the lake. We will definitely rent this home again if we return to Dallas.

Great place, very clean!

This house worked great for myself, my two young kids, and my sister. Location can't be beat for kids, and they have everything you could want - crib, pack n play, etc etc. Owners were really nice and accommodating! Would stay again. Really clean too!

Nice home in prestigious neighborhood

Excellent location just about a half a mile walking distance to white rock lake. This home is in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Dallas area. The home was a nice size for my entire family (wife and 5 children). We are so glad we found this property to rent out.

We enjoy renting to visitors to Dallas and hope our guests enjoy Dallas as much as we do. We like to bike around th e10 mile trail at White Rock Lake and to be outdoors. This property is open and inviting. The living room kitchen/dinning room and the den all make one open area that flows nicely. Lakewood Trials in .5 block from Lakewood Park (playground, creek, trials, basketball court. The master bedroom is spacious with a King bed a love seat, TV, desk, breakfast table and a daybed. The 2 other bedrooms down the hall are furnished with a king and queen bed. The front bedroom has a built-in desk and a single bed.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of this home are the large living areas and the outdoor space. The 4 bedroom home sleeps 8. It has a backyard that is fenced. It is a corner lot a on a slight hill which makes the lot larger than some of the others in the neighborhood.
It's proximity to Dallas Events is a plus. There are a multitude of restaurants near by or within a 10 min drive.
