Beautiful farm located within the Residential Condominium Closed GATE PORTAL overlooking the Jaguari Dam.

Property has a land of 5. 000m, with lots of green and recreation areas.

House with double height, with 04 rooms, 01 master suite with dressing room (Not available for rental - Private Suite of the owners), 01 suite (Bunk Bed and Bunk beds), 01 common room (Bunk Bed and Bunk beds) and 01 common room (Bed Double and Single Bed), being the Master Suite and the Suite on the upper floor and the 02 common rooms on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there is a bunk bed, in addition to 02 Sofas Bed in the Wooden Deck.

House comfortably sleeps 13 people in beds, plus 07 people in Sofas Beds and possibility of accommodation with mattress on the upper floor (mattress already available in Chacara).

New, first-class furniture made with high standard joiner.

TV Room with Cable TV (SKY), Living Room, Games Room (Billiards), Dining Room with table for 10 people, Full American Kitchen with Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Pantry, Laundry Area.

The farm also has a party room, with barbecue, wood oven, wood stove, table for 20 people sitting, refrigerator, freezer, TV and private bathroom.

Chácara is only 03 km from Náutica Castelinho and only 02 km from Restaurante das Águas (famous restaurant located inside the condominium, on the edge of Jaguari Dam), where lunch and dinner are served daily, and have celebrations on commemorative dates, such as Christmas and New Year's Eve).

We rent to FAMILY GROUPS, with availability for Natal, Réveillons and Carnival.

Period values can be changed according to the desired date and number of guests (low season / high season). Please consult!

Note: Water and Gas Fee is charged per day / per guest.

Prezado , Venho agradecer pela incrível experiência que tivemos em sua chácara, lugar lindo, aconchegante, decoração de muito bom gosto. Estávamos em oito pessoas, seis adultos e duas crianças, ficamos totalmente confortáveis e super bem acomodados. A infraestrutura da chácara é excelente, atendeu perfeitamente nossas necessidades; Tivemos a oportunidade de desfrutar de todos os ambientes do local, a limpeza estava impecável; Para chegar ao local com as coordenadas do aplicativo "Waze" e orientações sobre a entrada próximo ao KM 18 foi de extrema ajuda, ou seja, foi super fácil localizar o imóvel; Os caseiros possuem uma educação absurda, sempre que necessitamos estavam a disposição, super prestativos e atenciosos; Negociação e recepção pelos proprietários ocorreu de uma forma tranquila e objetiva, deixando claro os pontos importantes, inclusive a flexibilidade sobre o tempo da estadia foi de uma gentileza incrível. Todos nós ficamos extremamente satisfeito com o final de semana que tivemos. No mais, agradecemos por toda cordialidade, atenção e carinho que recebemos. PS. em um futuro, seria interessante colocar ar condicionado nos quartos.
