Mertasari strategically located in south east side of the island, made them very accessible to nearby facilities; International school, hospital, groceries, main road, highway, airport, and sunrise beach with whole delicious café and well-being center. Our Villa is stand by quiet area with safety neighborhood complex, walking distance to the beach, and just 5 minutes away from nearby convenience store. Perfect for relax holiday stay or long term peaceful living.

What makes this property unique

The villa was built in 5 are of land, one level building with private entrance. Garage are enough for 1 car and 2 bikes, terrace are so relaxing with lushly garden. Living room, TV room, and dining room are the heart of Villa with little inside garden of my plantation collection. There are 3 spacious bedroom with their own private bathroom and enclosed closet. 1 guest bathroom. Fully equipped open kitchen with the view of swimming pool. Also in the back, there are 1 maid equipped room along with laundry room.
