Wonderful home away from home

My husband, daughter, and grandson stayed here during the beginning of the pandemic. We never felt like we were stuck here and bored. We could fish off the property, enjoy the pool, and dine out on the patio with large outdoor dining area. I enjoyed my coffee every morning on the outdoor chair with ottoman overlooking the lake. There were many rooms and areas to sit so we never felt like we were on top of each other. I was able to work from the living room with the great wifi. We will definitely be back after the quarantine is over.

Property was beautiful, especially the patio area! Location is perfect for golfers with a wide variety of courses close by. Would highly recommend this property.

Überwintern in Arizona

Das hübsche Haus ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe ein Safeway, Golfshop und mehrere Restaurants. Die Terrasse, an einem See, sehr schön angelegt mit einem Steg und kleinem Pool. Die Übergabe war absolut problemlos mit einem Tür-Code. Das Haus ist nicht besonders groß und die Räume leider nicht sehr gut aufgeteilt. Durch die Haustür tritt man direkt in ein Wohnzimmer, das aber von der Nutzung her leider nur ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Danach betritt man die offene und übrigens sehr gut ausgestattete Küche hinter der ein großer Esstisch steht und rechts davon eine Sofaecke. Dieser gesamte Bereich öffnet sich zur Terrasse, ist aber dennoch leider recht dunkel, weil die Einrichtung mit schweren und wahrscheinlich alten Möbeln so dunkel ist. Von diesem Sitzbereich (Sofaecke) aus, und leider NUR von dort (!?), betritt man das große Badezimmer. Die SEHR kleinen Schlafzimmer betritt man durch einen Flur, der rechts vom Durchgangszimmer abgeht. Beide Zimmer liegen direkt hintereinander und sind zum See ausgerichtet, was nett ist, und gegenüber befindet sich ein kleines Duschbad. Der Stauraum für Kleidung ist SEHR eingeschränkt. Während die Dusche im kleinen Bad gut funktioniert, dauert es sehr lange bis die Dusche im großen Badezimmer warmes Wasser bringt und die Heizung, die ansonsten im gesamten Haus keine Probleme macht, funktioniert dort gar nicht. Abschließend ist noch anzumerken, dass, vor dem Hintergrund einer nicht unerheblichen Reinigungsgebühr, das Haus bei unserem Reiseantritt recht staubig war weil offensichtlich leider nur eine oberflächliche Reinigung vorgenommen wurde. Zusammenfassend hatten wir aber dort einen netten Aufenthalt. Wir waren nur zu zweit und deshalb hatte das Haus für uns eine angenehme Größe (die auf der Webseite ausgeschriebene Personenzahl ist aus unserer Sicht unrealistisch) und die Lage und Nähe zu den oben beschriebenen Einrichtungen war für uns perfekt.

Lovely rental in quiet neighborhood with amazing view.

This property was perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed spending time both inside the spacious living area as well as on the lovely patio. As indicated in other reviews, the bedrooms are small, but not an issue for us and the beds were very comfy. Although cool temps, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and the sunshine on the patio. Incredibly well furnished even including 2 bikes and pool floats. We enjoyed making fresh squeezed lemonade from the lemon tree. The owners were flexible and we would highly recommend this property.

The house was nice & clean. Close to Safeway for picking up some food.

Great place to stay. Clean & comfortable. Hot water did not work in large bathroom. We figured it out after a couple of cold showers. Needed more toilet paper. May need to check sliding glass door lock, or put a stick in it.
