About Erin Donmoyer
We moved to Vermont from Alaska to pursue a dream. Our little valley has fulfilled this dream and exceeded our expectations. Nestled in a hanging valley, in the high eastern Piedmont of the Central Green Mountains we have found that the fertile land let's us farm, our a supportive community, and the beautiful setting feeds our souls.

August at Little Bird Farm
I thoroughly enjoyed my month-long stay in this cozy cottage, marveling at the variety if bees and butterflies, wild berries and flowers. A pair of hummingbirds greeted me many mornings and the moon and stars were gloriously bright in this "dark area" of VT. Erin and Brock went out of their way to make me feel part of the family and I thoroughly enjoyed their company, and that of their adorable dogs Nala and Leedham. For me, Little Bird Farm in central VT was a great starting point for exploring this beautiful state.
True to the description, wonderful to unplug!! Brock and Erin spent time discussing their gardens and the area on our second evening. My daughter and I loved the area. We slept each night with the sound of the creek behind the cottage, very soothing. I highly recommend this property to anyone that truly wants to get away and wind down. It was well worth the drive from Tennessee.
Little bit of paradise in Vermont
We spent 5 days at Little Bird Farm the 1st week of July and it was glorious! A little cottage on a small farm off a dirt road in Central Vermont. Can you get any better than this? The answer is no, because this spot was perfect. :)
Hosts Erin & Brock have created a wonderful place to spend your days. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. And they provide some fresh local foods as part of the rental. Farm fresh eggs, milk, cream, butter, yogurt, maple syrup, and bread plus kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking and herbs in the garden during the warmer months. I made breakfast twice during our stay and everything was absolutely delicious.
We used the cabin as a jumping off point for day trips and visited Montpelier, Sherburne Museum, Waterbury, Waitsfield, saw the 4th of July Parade in Warren, and went swimming in Blueberry Lake and at Warren Falls.
We had a wonderful time and cannot recommend a visit highly enough! Thank you Erin & Brock!!
