It is 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota ensuring ease of access for dining, golf, shopping, fishing, boating and all your vacation adventures. Ample of patio space. Please note no pool onsite.
The house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms - 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 full bed. With 3.5 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The lovely living room features 2 large comfortable sofa a big screen TV and gaming console. Downstairs living area and bar features 2 futons, while the charming office includes a cozy twin bed. Plenty of patio space including grill, ping pong table, and outdoor furniture.
