Who wouldn't love to spend the day on the beach, golfing or shopping all within minutes to your vacation rental spot? Willow Bend unit #213 is a 2BR/2BA bottom floor condo that sleeps up to six guests. This condo has been updated with new furniture in the living room and has all new flat screen TV's. There is new flooring in the living room and dining room areas. The unit has been freshly painted throughout as well. The master bedroom has a comfortable king swing bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. And there is even a sleeper sofa for your guests. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and separate laundry area with a washer/dryer.

Step out onto your patio with new tile floors to take in the views of the small lake and water fountain while you relax! You will never want to leave!

Barefoot Resort also has a shuttle in the summer that takes you to the beach or to the shops at Barefoot Landing. Close to the restaurants, shopping and attractions, you will never want to leave.

Uncomfortable stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seating was not acceptable for a stay of any length .Only a sofa that was uncomfortable and a side chair that was too uncomfortable to sit on.This certainly made a stay of one month less than enjoyable.The kitchen was poorly equipped with limited dishes and cooking utensils. Fridge did not have an ice maker which is necessary in a southern climate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was an absolute breeze! Staff was friendly and allowed us early as the unit was ready before 4. Location was GREAT! Close enough to everything to be enjoyable, but far enough away from the hub that it was relaxing. The pool was steps away from the unit, and was not overly populated. Always able to get a lounge chair and/ or a table with chairs and umbrella. Also having access to the main pool was nice. The Barefoot store near the rental management location was pleasant and clean. The unit and the part of the property where the unit is are starting to show their age, but were clean. Would 100% stay again.

The dryer needed overhauled and the single beds weren’t great. It is a convenient location.

The furnishings could be improved and the kitchen could be equipped a little better. Other than that a great place to stay.
