The location and convenience to lift and town was fantastic! That's about where the good comments ends. The primary bedroom where we stayed was directly adjacent to a walk path and was illuminated all night with people walking and yelling all night. Was very difficult to get any rest because there was no way to darken the room. The mattress set was literally dated 1994 and felt every bit of it. We ended up having to purchase pillows at the Wal-Mart in Frisco because the ones in the primary room were flat and extremely dated. The lighting situation in the entire unit is absurd with no direct lighting in the kitchen. Our family enjoys cooking when we are staying at a place and upon arrival, all appliances with the exception being the coffee maker, were literally from the 80's and 90's. Our group even bought a brand new crock pot to cook meals in the unit and just left it there hoping someone else would get some use out of it. The front downstairs bedroom did not have any working heat and the guests that stayed there were cold the entire time. Linens were old and shredded and were falling apart upon use. All in all, for the money we spent on this unit for 4 nights was extremely disappointing but with numerous updates this unit would be prime and we would definitely go back.
