Completely renovated inside and out, this Tybee Cottage is perfect for a family get-a-way. It's located away from the main streets of Tybee Island, has a full size swimming heated pool and patio in the back yard and is just a short walk or bike ride from the beach, Back River, shops and restaurants.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

We had a wonderful time! Pool was perfect size and depth for 6 adults to chill in for the week. Everything was clean. The house layout worked perfect for us.

Amazing property!

This house was fantastic. We have a 12 and 16 year old and it was so nice they had their own space and so did we. The pool was wonderful and was necessary with the heat. East wall to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Hidden Jewel was perfect

It was everything that the listing had promised. The only issue if anything, was bathroom where the washer & dryer had bad humidity issue when dryer was running. I looked at it and saw that there didn’t seem to be any exhaust venting. We just basically kept door closed while it was running. Great location to the beach.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Amazing experience

So many things to do that are within walking distance. The house was well organized and clean. The pool felt amazing! This was our first time ever coming to Tybee Island and cannot wait to come back next year. Our kids absolutely loved it!

This was a perfect rental for my large family.

The house wasin a very nice neighborhood. It was cozy and comfortable and private with a perfect location for quick access to everything. The pool was great for the kids when the adults needed to take a break

The House is amazing and the location is great. It’s a tad noisy through the windows as they are a bit older. I will definitely rent through this property management again as they have multiple properties on the island

Wonderful little house in a great neighborhood

It was my wife's b'day and she wanted to go out with her friends. She felt safe in this house. Her friends had a wonderful time as well. Only thing they did not like was: the owner showed up on the 2nd day without any notice and start cleaning the pool. Although the pool was already very clean. My wife and her friends requested him to come another day but he kept insisting that he MUST clean the pool. The whole thing was little weird.

Great beach town

The house was cute and very comfortable. Would have rated a 4 star except for the following: The pool and back yard left a lot to be desired. The pool water was hot ( like taking a hot bath), the lounge furniture was covered in bird poop, the pool drains were completely covered in leaves and the misters need replaced. The outside hose and shower were the only positive about the outside.

Neat place to stay

The home was very nice and fit our needs. We had trouble with the air, but it was fixed by the time we went to bed. The backyard and pool need attention. The pool was clear, but because the trees in the back were dry, there was a lot of debris on the top of the water. Overall it was great, conveniently located, short walk to beach, and not far from restaurants.

Not as expected

Typical Beach property nothing special, but adequate for our stay. Bare bones amenities. No beach towels, there is a pool so that would be a nice addition. No blow dryer. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils etc.. Outdoor was a mess...though the pool was nice. Lots of broken things strewn about, broken glass in backyard. Pool dirty. Inside primary bedroom window was broken, falling in and barely held in place with painters tape. Kitchen and bathrooms clean. Floor was filthy. Walked from front to back in bare feet and they were black. Found an old string mop and mopped myself. Light above bathtub in first bathroom was hanging loosely and flickering. Pool cleaner showed up while we were there. Pool service people showed up to fix heater (nice gentlemen) but should not be there while guests are in attendance. The following day was check out and there was water pouring out from under the heater/pool pump..advised management. Cleaning person showed up before check out time. After walking around and viewing other properties, around same price point I definitely would stay at another property. I understand this property has been for sale for quite some time, so I do understand why there was no investment in it, but if you're still renting it it should be up to the level of prices you're charging. I would really love to give this a more positive rating. I have stayed at many rentals and this one is the bottom of the barrel, unfortunately.
