This first level (2nd story) unit was professionally decorated and features a modern kitchen with solid surface counter tops, wood flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms, a large flat panel TV in the living room, cable internet connection and a private balcony with a great panoramic view of Tybee Beach! And, you're within easy walking distance of "Downtown" Tybee's shops, bars and restaurants and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Loved the location!

This condo is very roomy, one floor up with elevator if needed, comfortable beds and living room. The porch has ample room for dining and taking in the view. I would stay here again.

Checkin Process Lacking & Expensive! - Location Rental was GREAT

In following directions to pick up our registration packet before heading to our rental location (required), the seasoned and local taxi driver went in the opposite direction due to incomplete instructions sent via email from the rental office location! Yes, the emails received were multiple and were detailed. However, the rental location street address in the initial email is incorrect/incomplete, which landed us with a $155 taxi charge!!!! The location and views are great - even from the first floor. The condo itself appeared to be in mid construction/patch painting but it did hinder our stay or satisfaction of the location. Lastly, the weather was rainy and windy, but the local restaurants and shops were great, as was the staff and patrons wherever we went were very pleasant and made for a great time on Tybee Island! (Cost comparison: ride back to the airport was only $60.)

Great location. Just watch out getting into and out of garage

the garage is very small and It is very easy to scuff the car or knock a mirror. Otherwise, location is a dream. 2 minute walk and your on the beach. 5 minute walk and your at the pier

Cute little spot

Nice and clean, close to everything. There were a few things that needed fixing, but that's the case with most places in Tybee since they are older. The office staff were all nice and helpful.
