This fabulous Tybee home is modern and recently updated with a brand new pool! This home is located within one block from the beach and 4 short blocks from `Downtown` Tybee, so you`re within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, fishing from the Tybee Pier or Visiting the Tybee Marine Science Center.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Loved it!

The location was amazing and there was plenty of room for everyone. The back yard & pool were perfect!!! Only complaint was they need a TV in every bedroom but was still great.

Great house!

We enjoyed this home for my sister's 50th bday celebration. The outdoor patio and pool area is awesome. There were 3 restrooms to accommodate all of us women! Very short walk to the beach and there is a grocery store across the street, close to restaurants too!

We absolutely LOVED this house...perfect for me and my kids and grandkids...the house was wonderful...the pool was amazing and just a short walk to the beautiful beach! Loved Tybee Island and the short drive into Savannah! Would definitely stay here again!

Pool is not allowed to be heated

The photos of the property include a detailed view of a pool heater. However, the owners refused to turn on 40 degree temp pool. This was the main reason we rented the house. The property management company was unresponsive and not knowledgeable about the property. The pool was filled with leaves due to large nearby trees and bats. Yes, bats are very visible at night which was not disclosed in the listing either. If you love bats and super cold pool water - this is your spot.
