Family Vacay

The house was beautiful and spacious! We had a blast swimming and enjoying the outdoor patio. The lazy river and swimming at the resort pool was also amazing. The basketball hoops helped keep my kids entertained.

As described

Home as described in listing. Check in process was easy and host communication response was quick. However when we arrived to the house, cleaners were still there parked and sitting in the driveway. Had to call the main office to get the OK to ask for him to leave. 3rd time staying in this neighborhood. This was the only time we had very loud neighbors with music blasting and talking from morning til night. Grille was not cleaned prior, so we didn’t get to grille like we planned. Most tv wouldn’t connect to the satellite, so we were unable to watch TV. Saw two cockroaches. Will have to reconsider if I would book at this resort again.

Nice but lacked attention to detail

Upon arrival, I was instructed to go to the office to pick up an envelope since it was after hours. There was no envelope for me. I was told that I should have received information via email but I didn't. We did not have instructions for departure as to how to leave the home. We cleaned top to bottom although we paid a cleaning fee. My wife also washed, dryed and folded all of the towels. We enjoyed the home but was dissatisfied with the pool. We called maintenance to have a pool company address the issues (murky water and nats) which they did. Nevertheless, the pool was not ready to be used until today when we were leaving. We ended up spending money at a water park. The home was not very clean upon our arrival. There are no comforters on the beds so the home had to be kept warmer at night. The couch upstairs had sunflowers seeds in and on it. The neighborhood was nice and clean.
