Short Term and Very well Maintained Serviced Apartment located in Dublin. Secure and quiet complex. Wooden floors through out, Double bedroom, tiled bathroom, open plan living area ( additional sofa bed in place ). Equipped kitchen, secure car parking. Can sleep 3 - 4 comfortably.

Ample local amenities , public transport links, coffee shops, restaurants, bar and shops all within a short distance.

It is fresh and crisp in design, but still very cozy and homely. We have put a lot of work into this home and we love it! We hope you will too. The kitchen comes with all of the equipment you need.

Quite neighborhood. There is a small park in front off the house. Many retired people and young professionals are living in our area. Due to the close distance to the children hospital many bus lines are just a short walk away.

Getting around:
Many busses go to the city. Bus stops are very close to the house. Also the Dublin Luas Station are in close proximity. Several taxi stands are around as well at the children's hospital. The Houston train station are be reached easily by the Luas.
