Completely new and newly furnished studio apartment on the last, 16th floor of a residential building. The apartment is decorated like a hotel room with a fully functional kitchen.
Everything in the apartment is completely new - from installations, furniture, equipment, towels ...
In the immediate vicinity there is a swimming pool, market, and from the apartment you can enjoy spectacular views in the evening.

The apartment is located on the last 16th floor of a large building with a total of 130 flats. The complete space has been completely renovated, and everything in the apartment, including all the installations, is new.
The large windows are facing the west and in the evening you can enjoy the spectacular sunset.

The complete apartment is exclusively for guests. The owner of the apartment does not live in this building, and the apartment itself is fully equipped and intended for rentals.

You will see host only when you pick up a keys or if you need him. Also, host is available 0-24 on a phone.

Utrine neighborhood is located close to the large shopping center of the Avenue Mall and a few hundred meters from Lake Bundek. The Utrine Market and the new swimming pools are also just a 200 meters away.
