NEW6 BEDROOM DUPLEX 2 BLOCKS FROM TRAIN AND 15 MIN TRAIN RIDE INTO MANHATTAN

This is a brand new 3 bedroom apartment with another identical 3 bedroom apartment above it with all new King size pillow-top mattresses, new furniture, beds and electronics. It has all new Central Air conditioning/Heating as well. Their are flatscreens in every single room. The doors of the apartments can be left open to go up and down through apartments as the group will be the only ones in the building. The property has a park across the street and is located 2 blocks away from the subway and that subway takes you into the heart of lower manhattan in 15 minutes. Very convenient and the house was very nicely remodeled. Its perfect for larger groups of people to be able to stay together in comfort.

SCAMMER! very unprofessional rude disrespect harassed me!

Brendan sent me to house that was booked out and isn't the first time I was told that he books people and take their money

Property not exactly as portrayed

The apartments are in a neighborhood that required nearly an hour commute by train to Manhattan. The property appears to need maintenance. There were NO smoke detectors in two bedrooms on the 3rd floor, the was a missing Newell post on the top of the 3rd floor stairway which made the entire railing unstable. In the 3rd floor bath, we noted on arrival the towel bar had been pulled out of the wall & this was reported to the owner, but was not repaired during our stay. Toilet paper holders in both baths were broken or missing. There are 6 bedrooms, but only 2 baths. It was not an ideal situation. More baths would be appreciated. There are multiple holes in the walls throughout the 2 apartment where wires have been pulled thru & the effect is unsettling & unsightly. On the upside, it was a short walk to the J Train. Finally, the owner, in his welcome letter, asked us not to tell anyone who came to the door that we were renting from him which makes us wonder whether there was some kind of zoning issue in play. We would not likely stay here again. We never met the owner during our stay.

très bien située pour aller explorer New York. 6 mn a pied pour rejoindre le subway. très bonne literie pour récupérer de vos explorations pédestres.

Légèreté du propriétaire

Literie impeccable, mais il manque des couverts , de la vaisselle . Je regrette de n'avoir eu AUCUN contact avec le propriétaire : aucune réponse à nos interrogations . En dehors des codes d accès, trois messages sont restés sans réponse. C'est vraiment un immeuble de rapport , le bien-être des locataires lui importent peu ... Très déçue, car des locataires précédents ont déjà signalé le manque d equipements , il s'en fiche !

The proximity to manhattan and also being in the suburbs. its so close to just jump on the train and be in the heart of mid-town within 20 minutes but still have the quietness of brooklyn at night!
