Enjoy the sumptuous Southern California lifestyle right here in Dana Point! Adorably decorated, beautiful, bright and updated 2nd floor end unit condo! Due to COVID-19, my cleaning crew has set the bar even higher with their already immaculate cleaning regimen. All hard surfaces, like door knobs, counter tops and light switches are steam cleaned at 300 degrees and then wiped with alcohol. Soft surfaces, like pillows and mattresses, are also steam cleaned at 300 degrees after every guest check out.

Our home is located in the highly sought after location of Niguel Beach Terrace on the ocean side of PCH and across the street from multi-million dollar homes, is less than a 3 minute walk down the stairs to Strand Beach, is near a multitude of casual and fine restaurants, and Dana Point Harbor. Doheny State Beach is 1 mile away! Less than 1 mile from The Ritz Carlton and The St. Regis! The heated community pool and hot tub are right around the corner from your front door!

Light and bright paint and beachy furnishings throughout create a warm, cozy, and inviting environment for you and your family to escape from the busyness of life. Our home is a place you will be able to relax and enjoy the beach-style surroundings in gorgeous Dana Point!

This newly updated adorable and bright 1000 sq. ft. condo offers a comfortable living/dining room combination that opens to a cozy patio. The kitchen has newer appliances, a 4 burner electric range/oven, and a window that looks out on to a second balcony off of the second bedroom. The master bedroom is bright and spacious, has a vaulted ceiling and offers a king-size bed with a pillow-top firm mattress and luxurious linens. The second bedroom is well appointed and offers twin sized beds. Both bedrooms offer flat screen TVs. All of the windows, closets, and sliding glass doors are fitted with custom made plantation shutters to help create a relaxed beach atmosphere.

The condo is approximately 25 miles from John Wayne Airport (SNA), 33 miles to Disneyland, 40 miles to Knott's Berry Farm, 36 miles to LEGOLAND, and 65 miles to San Diego. Also, a drive north and south on Pacific Coast Highway will take you past some of the best beaches and beach cities Southern California has to offer!

Take a scenic drive north to Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, and Huntington Beach. A short drive south will take you to Capistrano Beach, San Clement and Oceanside. You can surf at San Onofre State Beach and if you're up for the challenge, Trestles Beach attracts surfers from all over the world who search for that perfect wave.

Six week ocean getaway

We live in the Arizona desert and love to spend time on the California coast. The location is across the street from the ocean. Very close to the swimming pool and quiet area within the complex. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable, nice furnishings with large refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, including nice BBQ. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Would love to come back and stay again.

Wonderful summer and beach rental

Absolutely loved our stay here. The unit was in a great location and close to the pool. Very clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is across from one of the most upscale boardwalks in SoCal. Really enjoyed running the beach in the mornings. Leigh was wonderful and always responded promptly. We give this rental an A+++!

A beautiful getaway

My friends and I enjoyed our time in Dana Point. This condo is in a perfect spot, close to Strand Beach. (Note that there are a lot of stairs down to the beach.) The condo is well maintained and the kitchen has all the pots and pans to cook when we wanted to & near great food options when we didn't. There is a harbor nearby, and we had fun walking pier and even caught a dolphin/whale watching tour. The Ocean Institute is also fun for kids and to learn more about the local sea life. A couple of times we just got in the car and took a drive along the Pacific Coast Highway. From Dana Point you are close to Laguna Beach and other spots that are certainly worth a day trip to visit. After my stay, I didn't want to leave. It was GREAT to call this condo home for a few days!

Steve and I (Leigh) live in Littleton, Colorado with our two sons. We are avid outdoor people which is good because Colorado is an outdoor paradise! You just can't beat 300+ days of the most beautiful blue skies in the world! I play a lot of tennis; Steve enjoys skiing, hunting, and fishing; and our boys love to play any sport that allows them to be physical. We are very involved with our church in Colorado and have participated in multiple outreach programs as well as traveling internationally to share the love of Jesus with those who are hurting. We love Jesus and have been immensely blessed by Him.

Why they chose this property

This is our second rental property in Dana Point and it is a blessing to be able to share it with you! There are few settings in life that allow you to sit, view, reflect, be still, and listen to the wonder of God's creation. Sitting on the shore and listening to the waves crash brings a special kind of peace to my soul. I hope it will bring a sense of peace to your soul as well~

What makes this property unique

Our condo is unique in that it is so close to the beach! All the rooms are well appointed, not like some other rentals that leave you feeling squeezed in. It will comfortably sleep 4 adults and isn't designed as a party atmosphere where people will be sleeping on the floor or on couches. This condo is for the long term renter and as such we have purchased furniture that reflects a calm and cozy atmosphere - like your own home. It is conveniently located near (within a mile or two) dozens of restaurants, bars, surf-shops (check out Killer Dana in Lantern Village on Del Prado; we own it and will definitely give you a discount during your stay on rentals and Killer Dana logo wear. Check us out at www.kdsurfshop.com), a farmer's market and shopping! We love that Dana Point is so close to the other world-class beaches in Southern California. One of the unique benefits of Dana Point is that is has a laid back feeling to it...even among the million dollar homes. It doesn't have that pretentious feeling that can come with beach living. The condo is comfortable and bright and allows us to relax and get away from our normal busyness here in Colorado. We sincerely hope that you will find your stay as restful as we do~
