This beautiful home is 15mins walk from the beach, 7 mins walk from the G-link tram station, 1 stop away from the Star Casino and the vibrant Broadbeach dining and entertainment precident, and 2 stops from the famous Pacific fair Shopping centre.

This stylish mid century modern style architectural home has 3 bedrooms.

2 bed, one bathroom in the main house with the guesthouse offering studio style with one queen size bed, bathroom and sofa bed for extra guests. ( 8 guests in total)

Its a little bit different and that's the charm, think lots of windows so you feel like the palm trees are inside, and sliding doors.

It's a cosy feel good home surrounded by trees and birds chirping, while we are on a suburban street we are in the heart of this great city,

Have a game of table tennis, enjoy a barbecue on the balcony, sit out under the palm trees and enjoy the serenity.

There is also parking in the driveway, wifi in the house and the guesthouse and Netflix in the main House.
