Relaxing in Greeneville
Our property hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. The place had everything we needed for the week. The semi private swimming hole was a treat when the temps were higher than normal. I look forward to staying again in the future. RW

My wife, Lorna Rae and I are both Emergency Room Nurses. We had to move away to find jobs and now we are based in New Hampshire. We cannot part with this property because we love it so much. We come up as often as we can to do what we would want you to. Relax and enjoy everything this area has to offer Thanks, Gregg

Why they chose this property

Most people take a vacation to get away from it all! You don't want to hear the traffic or hear the chatter from your neighbor next door. Everybody wants to be on the water but noise comes with that request. You can hear a conversation 100 feet away when your on the water. There is a boat always passing by. There is always noise and there is always lighst from all those other houses, maybe just like where you live. Not at this property.

What makes this property unique

We are located 3 miles from Greenville Center. Our home is approx 400 ft off of the road surrounded by woods. There is no neighbor to be seen. seldom do you hear anyone. The light that you see is from the stars or the camp fire on the deck. The noise will be from your family and friends having fun. There is a short walk to our private 1600 ft of water frontage that has deep water access for swimming or fishing with water temperatures in the low 70s at mid summer. We have Canoe and Kayak access to this stream. There is a Boat Ramp to Wilson Pond 1/8 mile away . You can Snowmobile or ATV right from our house so there is no trailering. There is the Appalachian Trail 8 miles away that gives you access to great hiking for kids and water activity. Access to plenty of wood roods for biking. Your options are endless.
