Great stay!

Terrific home, everything you need is there! Great location. Pool was nice but hot tub is a cool/ warm tub. Owner was very attentive to our questions throughout.

Lovely property, would stay again.

You never know quite what you’re going to get with a rental. This property was definitely more not less. From decent toilet paper to sugar sachets. We’d bought our own on the way because of the approaching hurricane, we needn’t have worried. This was a property where you felt really welcomed. We stayed in the area because we are looking to buy, and we wanted to get a sense of what life in Naples was like. We loved it and the house helped. Thank you.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, quiet place, nice view of the golf cours! Need some TLC outside of the house on the Lahaina and pool. The rest was perfec.

2022 Xmas Family Vacation

We had a great 2 week Xmas vacation in the house. We love the Lely area and have been visiting this area every Xmas over the past few years. We enjoyed the house, especially the outdoor electric grill, used it a lot while watching the golfers hit their approach shots to the 4th green. The house has plenty of space and is very clean, Adella did a great job of making sure the house was nicely decorated for Xmas.

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, I own a local real estate company, GUARDIAN REALTY INC., and maintain dual residence in Naples and Miami Beach. I have also worked for the school district as a translator and office administrator for the Exceptional Student Education Department. I love Naples and wanted to open my home as a vacation spot for families needing some extra space, and a sense of comfort on their Florida vacation.

This home is in a wonderfully central location, with quick access to all of SW Florida's wonderful amenities. Recently updated, builder home, I have lived and raised my children in this home, prior to making it a rental home. My home is in a safe community, with a well maintained property.
