A spacious and newly renovated 67 square meters apartment on the first floor of a back building in Flower Square. The apartments has an entrance hall, a living room connected with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cloths etc.). The apartment has two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (160×200 cm) and the other a couch-bed that can be made into a large double bed (180×200 cm) or twin beds (80×200 cm). Also, the other bedroom has a small flower terrace. The modern bathroom has a toilet, shower, washer and dryer. The back building’s location guarantees quiet sleep and intimacy during your stay.

Unique and spacious apartment

This very large apartment is in a building inside a courtyard right off a square lined with cafes in the pedestrian area. This is an excellent location with easy access to everything we wanted to see and needed for our stay. There is a cute little outdoor space. Having both a dishwasher and a condensing dryer is a total luxury. This could easily be a “home away from home” for an extended stay. We are hoping to come back someday.

Great Property and Location

The apartment is located in a pedestrian only area just a few blocks from Jelacic Square. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops in the area and several tram lines close by. The apartment is quiet, is only one flight of stairs above ground level. Included are dish and clothes washers, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishes and cooking equipment. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The only negative thing was that the main bedroom bed was not comfortable. Other than that minor issue, it is a great place to stay in central Zagreb.

Wonderful apartment and hosts!!!

Wow! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment near Trg. Petar Preradović, also known as Flower Square. There is a washer AND dryer in the apartment! Artfully decorated with attention to detail. It is evident that careful thought went into the decoration of the apartment and about what supplies a renter would need. All of the needed utensils, paper towels, tea towels, dishes etc...even a bowl of candies 😃 Lots of towels, extra blankets, heaters in every room Comfortable beds. The biggest, comfiest sofa I have ever seen! Senada was very communicative before and during our stay. A car can't get directly to the apartment, but it is a very short walk from a main street where a Bolt or other ride can drop you off. It is also close to public transport. Senada met me near the apartment and showed me how everything works. There is one staircase going up to the first floor. Only a couple minutes to a shopping mall with a supermarket and other stores. The large plaza has coffee shops and restaurants all around, however, the apartment itself is tucked away in a quiet area. This is one of the very best rentals I have stayed in! Thank you!!

Excellent location

Kathy and I had a great time in Zagreb and a big part of that was the location of this property. It was central to all the places we wanted to visit and felt like home after we returned from a long day of shopping and sightseeing. It had everything we needed, from kitchen to dining room to washer and dryer. Just like home. Our hosts were very welcoming and were available to answer any questions throughout our stay. This was a great find and a great property to make a success of our vacation. Would stay here again!!

Flower Square apartment is newly renovated place at the 1st floor of the 19th century building. One of the best things about this place is that it is located in the courtyard building and once you step into the apartment the sounds of the street all disappear blocked by the outer walls like you're staying in the inner keep of a castle.
