Why Owner chose Bundabah
Belle Mer has UNDOUBTEDLY THE BEST VIEWS IN THE WHOLE OF BUNDABAH looking over Port Stephens!. It is at the end of a quiet no through road with hardly any traffic, it is on the point and has plenty of land for the kids to run around and play, there are two small beaches and plenty of rock pools etc. The sunsets are unbelievable and forever changing. Book both Belle Mer and La Mer next door to accommodate up to 15 people.
What makes this House unique
Belle Mer is a tranquil, peaceful, relaxing place to chill out watching the wildlife and boats sail by while the kids have a ball playing games on the enormous lawn, in a very chilled out, safe neighbourhood.

Stunning 270 degree waterfront views!
We've never before stayed in a property with gorgeous, 270 degree waterfront views! This place is the best kept secret on the north coast. It has very comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, huge open fireplace, massive (~2000 square meters) lawns for the kids to play cricket, soccer, kick the footy and anything else they can dream up, a swing set and a gorgeous verandah to watch the sunsets and the abundant wildlife - dolphins, jumping fish, black swans, owls, king parrots, hawks... the list goes on!
We are coming back next year!
Amazing views, wonderful wildlife everywhere, quiet and enormous grounds!
This was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. The water views are 270 degrees as this house is on the point. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac so there is ZERO traffic. The kids went fishing off out the front and we cooked up a storm on the BBQ!
The local beach is gorgeous with white sands and turquoise water.
The property description is accurate and the hosts were amazing.
We will be back again!
An absolutely beautiful and peaceful location with everything on your doorstep. Highly recommended.
Really enjoyed the fabulous views of the water, the privacy and the space of this property. The house itself is a rustic reminder of the poignant holiday homes of yesteryear. It’s perfectly adequate in terms of its amenity and any concerns are immediately forgotten by the tranquil and idyllic location. It’s close to everything and even the short drive into Tea Gardens is enjoyable. For an easy and affordable escape from the madness of Sydney this is an ideal choice. I’ll be back again
This was a beautiful place with incredible views yet it was completely private on the point. No one else looks onto this property and it was serene and tranquil as all sort of amazing wildlife went past including dolphins, swans, pelicans and sea hawks. It was very private and we had a wonder time. The home was very comfortable, clean and had everything we wanted including an open fire, coffee machine and milk frother. We will be coming back again!
Absolutely magic 270 degree water views!
What a place to escape to for a complete relaxing break!
Beautiful water views from the deck, where you can put up a hammock and chill out.
We sat on the lawn in the sun on a wonderful calm May day, overlooking a retired oyster farm, and to our surprise a couple of dolphins cruised past for around 15 mins, chasing schools of fish. I just wish I brought a fishing line so I could share their bounty!
At night we sat by the open fire, and ate local oysters and prawns from a shack at Tea Gardens.
Don't ever rennovate this place - it is a classic Aussie waterfront holliday home surrounded by natural beauty, unadultarated by the trend to have everything brand new.
This place is for REAL relaxation!
I want to come back and have a campfire and play guitar while my family sit around on the log seats provided... and to surf,.. and fish... and sail,,, and enjoy the roman bath!!!!
I'll be back!
