Comfortable, well equipped, perfectly located home. Very responsive and helpful owner and property manager. Community pool and hot tub directly across street a great add on to background pool and hot tub. Rancho Mirage CC is pleasant well sized complex, not too big and not too small.

Great Home!

My husband, dog Fred, and I, stayed in this lovely home for 3 and 1/2 months. Julia made this condo feel like home. She decorated it with all the little extras that one does not find in a rental. If you are TV nut, you will find large ones in every room! Rancho Mirage C.C. is a friendly, open complex, and very pleasant to live in. We would return to this condo in an instant if we had not bought a new one for us. Sue

Great desert retreat

Golf, restaurants, theatre and films,...great location for the active or not so active in your party. Owners are responsible and nice to work with. Location is close to activities while unit itself is nicely furnished offering privacy and a peaceful retreat if that if what you are looking for.

We finally decided to have a second home away from home in the desert. We vacation here in the off season, so we have furnished the property like our home, not a cheap rental. Everything is well maintained and there are loads of amenities. Enjoy your stay.

We put this house together for us to live in, so you are not getting a stripped down property here with just the basics. If you are looking for a long-term rental for the high season, this is an ideal place to consider.
