This renovated, well furnished, and comfortable house is perfect for your family holiday and will provide lots of space.

With an open plan living/dining area, it will be easy to keep an eye on the kids from almost anywhere in the house. You will still be able to retire to your master suite (with renovated bathroom/ensuite) for that piece and quite when needed!

With a Balcony with BBQ and dining facilities accessible from both the master bedroom and the second bedroom, you can enjoy large Deck, just to take in the country sights and sounds.

Comfortable accommodation in fly fishing paradise

This renovated, well-furnished getaway, will take away the stress from your everyday lives, while still offering you the connectivity to the outside world if needed, via Wireless NBN!

Settle into a comfortable lounge with TV/DVD, comfortable furnishings and wood fired heater and split system ACs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house has 3 large, comfortable bedrooms.

The house is located within walking distance to the Eildon town, and the Lake itself.

There are two houses on the block, and both are available for let. The units are completely seperate, but the other listing may be booked as well. If you have a large group and wish to book both, please let me know.

Poor owner assistance

If it wasn’t for the cleaner we wouldn’t be able to get into the property at check in time, the next day we received the code, overall place was nice, definitely could have some more money spent

Strange

Oven doesn't work as it should (fan), fetch tv no local channels, heaters are loud and annoying, house needs a real good clean, hot water temp needs to go up.

Great potential!

Location and general vibe is good and house is roomy and certainly can cater for seven souls comfortably. However it needs a more focused approach to cleanliness and overall maintenance and presentation by the management and/or owners to really shine.

Comfortable getaway

Overall we had a fantastic long weekend at this conveniently located property. It certainly looks better on the inside than the outside though. Inside was very clean and comfortable but outside needs some attention. There really was no yard for our dog as we had thought there would be. There were holes in the deck that need attention to make it safe and the front garden was very overgrown and not suitable to leave her in. Luckily she is small and old so was comfortable inside on her bed and there is a park just down the street where we could take her when she needed some grass. Thank you for the clean, neat house inside though and the good communication.
