Luxurious 4bedroom Villa in a Golf Resort in Pokolbin

Vignerons Lodge is a spacious 4 bedroom villa located in Cypress Lakes Resort. Perfect for family gatherings, wedding groups or just hanging out with friends.
The front door opens into a large entryway leading into the spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery & cutlery and cooking equipment.
Electric oven & cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, large refrigerator/freezer.
There is a BBQ on the verandah and outdoor dining furniture. The verandah looks down on the hillside pool below you.
There is a King size bedroom downstairs (this may be split to twin singles) and a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and Vanity.
Upstairs there are 2 x king size bedrooms and another King size bedroom (this bed splits to twin singles)
The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate bath, WC & Vanity.
There is another bathroom upstairs with walk in shower & separate bath and a separate WC & Vanity.
One of the king size beds may be split to twin singles if required and there is a single sofa bed in that room.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests

Perfect set-up

This was the perfect location for the Andrea Bocelli concert - close to bus routes, close to vineyards, restaurants, a pool right in front - and total privacy and outlook. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the trees and birds, and lots of seating inside for a big group, and really adaptable bedding configurations.

Fantastic group stay in the Hunter Valley

Great property, very clean, close to the pool which was excellent, perfect location to explore the Hunter. Would highly recommend for any families or groups visiting the region
