Small but adequate in good position

This studio is nicely appointed, small but has everything two people would require. It is midway between university and the Capitol and both are walkable.The area is lovely and quiet.It has a keypad entry which I always like as it gives flexibility in arrival. There are about 10 steps with no lift. The kitchen has all the usual equipment. It would benefit from a drainer for washing dishes and a plug for the sink. The bed is in an alcove but can be pulled out to access it from one side. The parking space is small.

Good location BUT mold issues and zero replies from owner

Tried to communicate about check in twice and WiFi not working once and they never replied. Black mold near bathroom vent and on ceiling above shower. Never got wifi to work. Good location being close to UT campus. You do have to crawl in and out of the bed from the foot since the bed is shoved in between 2 walls which is shown in the listing. Dedicated parking space which is good but it’s narrow.
