Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen wie Kultur, Strand, Wandern. Auto fast unerlässlich, auch zum Einkaufen und für Strand. Freundliche Vermieter, privater Parkplatz, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit überdachter Terasse. Meer gleich vor dem Grundstück mit Abgang zur felsigen Küste.

My spring holidays in Sicily

The apartment is on the north-east side of the house. You can have breakfast comfortably in the sun on the patio, which is in the shade from about 1 p.m. Only the bathroom and bedroom had good mosquito nets, since the folding door does not close tightly at the top of the frame, the mosquitoes could disturb my sleep every night, which is a shame and unnecessary. The landlord can easily correct this by installing additional nets. You can inquire if this is important to you. As already mentioned by others, a motorized vehicle is an advantage. In April one could not rely on the opening hours of the restaurants which are mentioned on the internet. It is therefore advisable to choose two at a time. CONAD Superstore is a new beautiful mall. For a nice hike, I recommend starting at the lighthouse in the east (Capo Murro).

Tolle Lage und sehr ruhig

Eigentümer sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Herr Melia kocht sehr gut nach Bestellung. Neu und funktionsgerecht eingerichtet. Aber keine Klimaanlage. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten am Meer Richtung Fontane Biance. Guter Ausgangspunkt füt Tagesausflüge mit Auto. Zugang zum Meer schwierig bei größerem Wellengang. Nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr eingeschränkt. Bessere Supermärkte erst in Syrakus, Cassibile oder Avola.
