Great property within a secure gated community. Close to most things that Noosa and the surrounds has to offer. Property Managers were very efficient and helpful as required.

Beautiful Home in Private Community

We stayed at Utopia Beach house for three nights. It was a beautifully presented home with all the extra added features. The pool and spa were a highlight of the property as well as the pool table and games machine for the kids. The rooms were all spacious and tidy with separate air conditioners in each room for those warmer months. The outside of the house is set in a well covered area with lots of trees and greenery which provides a lot of privacy. The home is close to many shops, a small drive from the property. The check in process was smooth and easy. We all very much enjoyed our time there and would recommend to any medium to larger size group as the property comfortably would suit at least 8 people. Thankyou for sharing your property with us! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property, great for gathering of family or friends. Pool, spa, pool table, space invaders ..... all there in a quiet location and a very well appointed house.
