This newly renovated, spacious, fully furnished and equipped apartment features 2 large, bright, bedrooms and a large living room that comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Two additional guests can use our Airbed that can be placed in one of the bedrooms. Additional futon is optional for longer than 2 weeks bookings.
The apartment features new furniture and appliances, Central Air-Conditioner, Smart HDTV's (Built-in Roku), providing you an access to Netflix, YouTube and hundreds of other streaming applications as well as movies and TV shows available with your cable or satellite subscription.
The apartment is located on the first floor above the garage. There are ~ 10 stairs to climb.

Please NOTE:
One car GARAGE CAN BE RENTED for additional fee of $22/night. Please note, that the garage's ceiling is low, thus the garage is not suitable for SUV's or Minivans, but only for low cars.

Getting Around: Easy commute (~10 min) to Manhattan! You can choose a ~9 min relaxed walk or 2-3 min bus ride to Path Train (Subway/Metro) station).
The bus that will get you to Path (Subway/Metro) Station, as well as a direct bus to NYC stop just steps away from the apartment (less then 1/2 min walk).
Shopping and restaurants just steps away (some of them work 24/7).
