Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the canal while your boat is moored on the pontoon that comes with the property. This beautiful 3 bedroom home is high quality and modern and comes with air conditioning.
Easy access to the Pumicestone Passage for small boat or jet ski.
This is a great home for a family getaway holiday!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we'll be back!

Location was excellent for us and we took full advantage of the private jetty and moored our boat. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. Outdoor areas and grounds were very pleasant to enjoy meals and drinks. Our only inconvenience was the washing machine leaked badly so we were not able to do any washing. I phoned the agent and they were going to let the owners know.

Wonderful location

The house is beautiful furnished smartly and very neat, the house is a little hot as there is only aircon in the bedroom, but overall a great house with beautiful water views, we enjoyed our stay
