We invite you to come and stay at our 1700 sq foot cozy rustic family lake house! Our home has been updated with a lot of ammenities. We sit on 135 ft of water frontage with a covered dock (with Power)that will hold a 24 foot pontoon boat. We have a circular driveway and an extra driveway so there is plenty of room for your boat trailer and cars. There is boat ramp at the end of our street. The house has 3br and 2 ba. It has a screened in porch and a deck. We offer used paddle boards, used kayaks, and tree swing for your entertainment as well. We hope you come stay with us soon!

Please don't feed the geese. Put trash can at the road on Wednesday . All sheets need to be taken off and placed in laundry room upon departure.

Upon checkout strip sheets and put in laundry room. Place used towels in bathroom. Put all water toys back . A $75 fee will be charged if not done.

We have several steps down to the dock.

Owner was very friendly and easy to work with. She answered all questions right away. Beautiful lake front property. You will find everything you need for a relaxing getaway!

Great place to get away. Enjoyed fishing from dock.

Weather didn’t cooperate but the house and immensities were great. Be sure to carry mosquitoes spray, the wet weather had mosquitoes out in full force. Loved the screened in porch with fan. Bream bedding around dock made fishing with grand kids a treat! Thanks again for sharing you place with us!

Family weekend getaway

Our family went for a long weekend away and we made some awesome memories!! The home was very clean and stocked with anything you could need to cook with in the kitchen. The owner Dawn was very friendly and even left us a little treat for the kids. We couldn't be more happier with our little trip!! We will definitely be back!!

I am a wife of 22 years and a mother of two beautiful kids. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family. My husband and I purchased our lake home in 2004 so we could get away and enjoy nature and have a wonderful place for our children to grow up .

Why they chose this property

Our home is a quaint place to get away from it all. Our neighborhood sits in the country and is peaceful. The lake views are incredible! We provide a lot of things so make sure you write me and see if I have it already. We have kayaks, paddleboards, tree swing and more. The covered dock will hold a 24 ft regular pontoon boat. The sides of the dock are great to gather and hang out as well. The sides of the dock are around 3 ft deep and off the end of the dock is 10 to 12 ft in spring and summer.

What makes this property unique

The views are fantastic! We have a covered dock so you can park your boat and not have to pull it out everyday. It is so nice to pull into the dock and come off the water and change or eat a little something and then go back out. We also provide all linens , including beach towels. We provide 2 types of outdoor grills.
