NATAL LUZ

Excelente, com exceção de um vizinho que toda vez que saíamos com as crianças ficava batendo na porta. Crianças pequenas falam o tempo todo, as vezes uma pouco mais alto, porém, não demorávamos mais do que 2 segundos no corredor. Isso assustava as crianças e nos deixou na inseguros.

Tivemos pequeno inconveniente na chegada,pois a chave e o apartamento não estavam disponíveis. Também tivemos problema com o aquecedor a gás. O apartamento está muito bem equipado com todos os utensílios, inclusive lava louças.

Gramado Ótima Experiência !!!

Condomínio e apartamento excelentes, com ótima localização, organização e limpeza. Há spa (piscina coberta e jacuzzi) e academia, que NÃO são permitidos ao locatário por temporada, o que não dá para entender. Proprietário gentil e atencioso. Para o encantamento, faltaram alguns detalhes como um jogo a mais de roupa de cama e banho (foram disponibilizados apenas um, o que achei pouco pelo período de 10 dias de estadia) e de uma melhor qualidade. Outros itens como lâmpadas queimadas, abajur quebrado e a falta de uma tv a cabo também podem melhorar. O aquecedor a gás apresentou problemas (desligava sozinho ao ser acionado). Nada que tire o brilho da viagem e o conforto da hospedagem. Alinhadas estas questões, recomendo fortemente !

excelente opção em Gramado

Ótima localização, 50m do supermercado, faz tudo a pé. O apartamento é super bom, aconchegante e bem equipado. O condomínio tem um jardim bem bacana, ótimo para um chimas em família. Super indico!
