A long tree-lined driveway leads to this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It has an open floor with vaulted ceilings and large windows that overlook beautiful manicured grounds and a lani where you can entertain or relax in the cool trade winds. Comfortable elegance

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Colleen’s hospitality, the convenient location, and safe neighborhood helped us relax and feel at home right away. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds a big lanai. The cool evening breezes, and a lovely ocean view make it a perfect hangout day or night. Highly recommend.

Such a nice home!

Our flight was late arriving in the evening so I texted Colleen after we picked up our rental car and she met us on the driveway to welcome us and show us around her beautiful vacation rental! The rental is the top floor with a full time renter in the suite below. Colleen is in the other suite below. Very minimal sound transfer between floors. We always were trying to keep our sounds low out of respect to those below. The unit was so nice and clean. Colleen makes extra effort to clean it and it was noticed and appreciated. We had a few days of cool water for showering because of the water being solar heated and the weather was cooler than normal. After mentioning this to Colleen, she made adjustment to the water heating booster system and the water was hot after that. The unit has such nice pictures, great landscaping and such a great view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay. Even though the home is quite private from neighbors, I still would suggest some sort of window coverings in the bathrooms for comfort. :-) Colleen is such a nice host and it was a pleasure to meet her and talk with her when we saw her around the yard. Thanks Colleen for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Coline war sehr nett und sehr aufmerksam Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet sehr wertvoll und geschmackvoll In Natura noch schöner als die Fotos Aus dem Master Bedroom guckt man beim Aufwachen auf die imposante Küste Konas Schöner geht es nicht

Vacation in Kona

This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms, wonderful lanai, cool breeze, and everything we needed for our three days in Kona.
