Beautiful Beach Front Home - Lindamar Guatemala LM002

Beautiful beach front property. The house is separated in two main areas. The main house has a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 master bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The other main house has 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, a terrace with exterior living area. And between the two houses is the private pool, exterior dining and living area. The house is newly renovated so everything is in great condition. There is parking available on the premises for 4 cars.

It's ocean front with spectacular views, it has a palapa with a hot tub (not heated) near the ocean where enjoy a cool drink and watch an amazing sunset.

It's located on the South East Pacific Coast, close to the Port of San Jose, just two hours away from Guatemala City. It's on the main road of Lindamar which is only 20 minutes away from the main town of Port of San Jose.
