Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Good but got locked in bedroom...
Great location. Nicely updated. Note: Keys had to be picked up at an office 10+ minutes from property - quite inconvenient as no parking, complicated to find suite, etc. We had been in Manly, had a car with two people so driver could stay with car, and know Sydney well; if we had just arrived from airport and were trying to use Uber or public transportation ... with luggage ... it would have awful! Also, we got locked in bedroom - yes, stuck - the door handle came loose and would not engage. TG I had my phone, so at 5am on Good Friday, I began texting our rep, the owner, called office, used all of the emergency contacts available. I was getting a tiny bit panicked.... By 7am a locksmith had arrived and by 7:30am we were out. Not fun, but all good. The weird part is that NO ONE contacted me afterwards to apologize? Ask how we were feeling? To offer a refund? A dinner out ‘on us’? Even two days ‘on us’ next time? VERY strange. It could have been an absolute disaster....ALSO, note to fellow home-stayers: ALWAYS have your phone by your bedside, and ALL contacts. We were on 8th floor with only a window to yell out of, if I had not had MY phone, with all contacts....SCARY, and has me rethinking the benefits of hotels ... and landlines in bedrooms.... The locksmith did remove the faulty latch. It took him an hour, but door can no longer lock. Yay! He said it was not properly installed....
