This quiet location is just a few easy steps to the sugar white sands of Redington Shores. It's literally right next to the beach access. This wonderful home is warm and inviting with some of its original features such as tongue and groove walls and ceiling and terrazzo floors. It's in a great small, friendly, and quaint beach neighborhood location. The beach access is right in front or head in the other direction and it's a short walk to restaurants, parks, shops, tennis courts, and the inter-coastal or dock fishing spots! Enjoy the simple splendor, outstanding sunsets, gorgeous waters, and overall serenity of this wonderful place.

Dollar for dollar, you would be hard pressed to find a closer location to the beach. The pictures of the house are extremely accurate. Somewhat compact but acceptable. Neighborhood is away from the major commercial strips but there are entertainment choices within walking distance. Communication with David was excellent. In fact i learned something new from David. And that was that my long held dream of becoming a marine biologist have been dashed. Thank you for that and everything else, David.

Great stay!!

We had a great stay. Host was very accommodating! Short walk to the beach, safe neighborhood and close to restaurants. House was well supplied with all necessities. Would definitely stay again!!

Single family house for nice privacy in our current situation. About 50 yards to a beautiful beach.

Great location, across the the street from the beach.

Owner was very accommodating with the cancelation policy during the unique situation associate with COVID. Awesome location across the street from the beach, easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Everything you need for a week at the beach provided such as chairs and beach umbrella.
