concept serviced apartmnt

good communication and arrival help Wifi easy. expected upper room with a view got a basement room with need to close blinds because of exposure. No view. No mechanism for cooling and was like an oven because of hot weather. no adequate cooking utensils or bowls for serving. no toaster. poor sound proofing for outside noise and neighbouring rooms.

Everything I needed, and then some

I enjoyed my stay at the St James House apt, from the ease of the self check-in, to check-out. The shower was great, as was the bed, solid WiFi, nice little fridge, and cook top. Plenty of space for luggage, and a good size closet. A couple minute walk to Waitrose supermarket at Westfield, Shepherds Bush, the washer and dryer in the basement were also handy, all in all it was a very worthwhile place to stay, and I will happily stay there again.

Great Location but Lacks Anything Extra

One knife,fork,spoon, plate, glass, towel each (2 of us) - not really adequate. No toaster either! The idea of having a studio apartment implies you can cook a meal - but even breakfast was difficult to organise with the limited kitchenware available to us. Shame really because the rest of it was pretty good - just too lean to be comfortable.

Great place to stay. Very convenient with 5min walk to public transport (bus/metro), major shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials need for our stay.
