Summer Palace 17 is an adorable condominium located on the ocean block. This one-bedroom, one bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Newly acquired for the 2018 season, Summer Palace 17 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals and just a short walk to the beach!

Decorated with fun coastal decor, this condo is a beach vacation dream! The living room is furnished with a couch, an armchair and a flat-screen television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a flat-screen television. The bathroom is located in the bedroom and features a bathtub and shower. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people, perfect for a romantic getaway or small, young families!

Pleasant stay Shoreline Properties

The condo was as advertised and was comfortable. the quick access to the beach is a plus. There are also several good places to eat and other attractions within walking distance. I will likely stay again if my plans include a stay in OC, MD. I can recommend the proerty and the management company.

Great location

Location was great, place was clean, staff was friendly, overall good experience. Property could use updates on kitchen appliances, especially the toaster as well as overall kitchen utensils. Would still recommend staying here especially if you don’t care to cook while away.

Fun Stay

Rental was perfect for a week away. Beach was a short walk and the location was in a good area, not too noisy. Would definitely rent it again!

Overall experience was great. The foot washes don’t work so we couldn’t get all the sand off us before entering the building. When searching for the location it came up that it had a pool…. It doesn’t.
