This is a fresh and beautiful oceanfront cottage with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a spectacular oceanfront yard. It easily sleeps, 12 people. The location is wonderful and close to all the new restaurants and beaches.


The oceanfront kitchen features a waterfall quartz island. Of course, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment and gadgets you need to enjoy dining with a stunning ocean view. The living room and dining areas feature a wall of panoramic doors opening to a beautiful deck with massive ocean and beach views.

Five designer decorated bedrooms feature beautiful and fresh coastal decor with hotel quality beds. Two of the bedrooms open to the oceanfront lawn. For your comfort, the home is equipped with central air conditioning. There is no street or sidewalk between your home and the ocean. Every amenity possible is included, for example there are 6 smart televisions in the beach house with free high-speed WiFi. We even have a desk so you can do Zoom meetings and online school. The a/c is temperature controlled for your comfort to a low of 74.
Layout:
When you enter the beach house from the street, our main level features a modern kitchen and great room. There is also a bedroom and full bath with tub on this level. To reach the sandy backyard and bedroom level you go down the interior staircase where there are four more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Go out of the lower back door to reach the superb beach level deck. This is a perfect spot to bbq and have dinner while watching sunsets. Beyond the deck is a nice green lawn and finally, after the lawn is your private sandy beach backyard. It's the perfect spot to have a bonfire and roast marshmallows.
Your private beach back yard has plenty of fresh sand to catch some sun or for the kiddos to make sandcastles. The location of this property makes it an easy walk to the boogie boarding beaches and many new and fun places to eat such as Hello Betty, Local Tap House, Swamis’, Urge and Bagbys. The movie theater and ice cream shops are an easy stroll away. The Pier area has a wide sandy public beach and playgrounds for the kiddos. There is no direct public beach access from the backyard. During high tides we fence the backyard to keep little ones away from high tides. During those times, access to the public beach for boogie boarding and swimming is just a short walk away.

You can take walks to the nearby pier area for boogie boarding fun, dining, shopping, and entertainment. The beach village of Oceanside is now home to over 30 new gastropubs, all within walking distance or a short trip on your beach cruiser. You can even walk to the Ice cream shops in the day and the movies at night.
This is the ultimate in beach living and once you stay here you will want to return year after year!

We always have sand in the back yard for the kids to make sandcastles and dig.
For beach and ocean access We recommend a fun walk to the big sandy beach up around the pier area as a great place for boogie boarding, swimming and walking on the beach. That area also has lots of great new restaurants. Don’t miss the top gun house. Please note this is a vibrant and active beach community. Its just impossible to predict what happens every day. There can be noise from a variety of people, neighbors, cars , construction, seawall repair, city workers, gardeners and even noisy crashing waves. This home does not have direct public beach access due to current sand levels. All of these items and the weather are not under our control- but we will try!
