Two bedrooms, livingroom and private bathroom situated on the first floor of the owners home. It is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. A great location, the beach, boulevard and city center all on a walking distance from this nice place.

The accommodation is very comfortable and fits all your needs. It features a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with television, refrigerator, microwave and possibility to make coffee and tea. Luxury bathroom with a shower and toilet. In front garden downstairs terrace with seating. Private parking included.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Sehr angenehm ruhige Lage

Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Es handelt sich nicht um eine abgeschlossene Wohnung, sondern um einzelne Zimmer, die für den Vermieter zugänglich sind. Die Fotos in der Anzeige scheinen recht alt zu sein, da alles in Natur schon ziemlich abgewohnt ist. Wenig Schrankraum, der im Wohnraum ließ sich mit den mitgegebenen Schlüsseln nicht öffnen. Die Betten, Bad und Kühlschrank waren sauber. Der „Esstisch“ ist für 3-4 Personen auch fürs Frühstück zu klein. Um komfortabel zu sein, fehlt einfach eine kleine Küche. Die Sitzecke vor dem Haus könnte nett sein, wenn man nicht ausschließlich dort sein Auto parken müsste. Der Strand ist nah, ebenso das Centrum mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu shoppen und essen zu gehen.

Wunderbarer Strandurlaub, aber keine Wohlfühl-Wohnung

Die Organisation (Buchung, Umbuchung, Wegbeschreibung, Schlüssel, Hilfe...) war klasse. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos in der Anzeige. Allerdings wurde dort nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um 4 Räume im offenen Treppenhaus -keine abgeschlossene Wohnung- handelt, die frei zugänglich zum Bereich des Vermieters lagen. Somit war auch der Vermieter oft oben zu hören. Das Bad und die Schlafzimmer waren gut. Die „Wohnküche“ war sehr ungemütlich und lud nicht zum Verweilen ein. Leider hat der Kühlschrank nicht gut gerochen und der Toaster war klebrig und schmutzig.
