From here to the entrance to Kühlungsborn-West it is only approx. 2 km, to the approx. 6 km long, child-friendly, fine white sandy beach and to the beautiful and more than 3 km long beach promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn is only approx. 4 km. Here you can take long walks to the pier or to the boat harbor in Kühlungsborn-Ost. In Bastorf you can buy all important everyday necessities on foot in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home. Just around the corner is the large farm and farmers market of the “Bastorf Manor” with its very extensive and delicious range of food and organic products. On request and in advance, you can participate in the delicious breakfast buffet there. The bakery - for fresh bread in the morning - is just a few steps away. It is also only approx. 400 m to the local petrol station. Numerous shops, small boutiques, bistros, cafés and restaurants, which invite you to stroll and linger, as well as doctors, pharmacies, banks, post offices as well as a huge range of leisure activities and a varied entertainment program await you in Ostseebad Kühlungsborn. The nearest large and well-stocked supermarket in Kühlungsborn is only about 3 km from your holiday home. Alternatively, the somewhat quieter and quieter Rerik seaside resort is only 7 km away. You can start extensive cycling and walking tours right on your doorstep. A well-developed network of cycle paths invites you to take extensive tours along the Baltic Sea. The cooling mountain range with its forest stock encourages relaxing walks and hikes. Bastorf is an ideal starting point to explore not only the Baltic Sea, but also the beautiful landscape of Mecklenburg. It is only about 3.5 km to the Kühlungsborn-West train station with the historic steam bath "Molli" and the west bus station.

The very cozy and spacious 5-room holiday home (2 floors / approx. 140 m²) has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in the bedroom on the ground floor is wood laminate, in the 3 bedrooms on the 1st Floor vinyl design, the entrance area, the living room, the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms are tiled. The entire ground floor and the bathroom on the 1st OG have underfloor heating. The house offers sleeping facilities for a total of 8 people. For small children we can also provide you with a child's travel bed free of charge (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair. From the spacious hall with mirror, wardrobe and chest of drawers you can easily reach all rooms of your holiday home. The cozy and large living hall has a large seating area with 2 comfortable leather couches, armchairs and a coffee table. In the separate and heated conservatory is the rustic and comfortably furnished dining room with a large, solid wooden dining table with 8 chairs. From here you have direct access to the approx. 10 m² furnished terrace - here you can sit relaxed and comfortable and enjoy using the charcoal grill. For your entertainment there are a total of 3 modern flat screen TV sets (1 x in the living room / 2 x in the bedrooms) and a mini stereo system with radio and CD player. In addition, the house has free WiFi. The separate kitchen includes a fully equipped, upscale fitted kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. In the upper of the two bathrooms there is an additional bathtub. In addition, both bathrooms have underfloor heating. You can store your shoes and jackets in the large cloakroom (with cupboard and mirror) in the spacious entrance area of the house. In the lower bathroom there is a washing machine that you can use free of charge. You can park your cars free of charge on the 2 parking spaces belonging to your holiday home right next to the house, you can park your bicycles in the courtyard area. Bringing a dog is possible on request - the related flat-rate additional costs for the increased final cleaning costs are € 20.00. Smoking is not permitted in the entire house in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the terrace for this. Thank you for your understanding!
