The apartment complex "Residenz Leuchtturm" is in a very good and central location on Kröpeliner Straße in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik. The "Residenz Leuchtturm", newly built in 2009, has very nice, modern and spacious holiday apartments, all with a terrace or balcony. The apartment complex is characterized by modern bath architecture with Mediterranean style elements and is surrounded by a very spacious and well-kept garden and outdoor area (with bicycle house and carports). Numerous shops, small boutiques, bistros, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity invite you to stroll and linger. The bakery - for fresh bread in the morning - is just a few steps away. In addition, there is a pharmacy, two banks, a bicycle rental, a hairdresser and a large and well-stocked EDEKA supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The most important errands of everyday life can all be done comfortably on foot. It is only approx. 300 m from your holiday home to the Baltic Sea with the wildly romantic cliffs and the wonderful white sandy beach - it is only approx. 10 minutes on foot to the 170 m long pier. The Salzhaff with the idyllic and picturesque marina, the Haffplatz with its inviting restaurants and small shops as well as the lively promenade are only about 700 m away. From here you can take interesting tours with the passenger ship MS Ostseebad Rerik.

The modern, very tastefully and high-quality furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 57 m²) on the ground floor has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living rooms is easy-care vinyl design, the bathroom / toilet is tiled. The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 4 people. For small children, we can also provide you with a children's travel bed (without mattress, duvet, pillow and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee). From the hallway with cloakroom you can easily reach all rooms of your holiday apartment. The very cozy, modern and spacious living / dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard and various shelves and cupboards. From the living room you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² large and sunny terrace (facing south-west) with garden furniture. Here you sit relaxed and cozy in the middle of the green and can enjoy the warm summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine! A modern flat-screen TV and an MP3 CD radio are available for your entertainment in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free WiFi. A small selection of books is also available for you to read as a holiday. The open kitchen-cum-living room contains a fully equipped, upscale kitchen unit with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The friendly and very cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. An additional comfortable sleeping option for a 3rd or 4th Person offers the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The Mediterranean-style bathroom has a shower with (senior-friendly!) low entry, sink, toilet, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, a towel radiator and sufficient storage space. There is also a small storage room for suitcases and luggage in the apartment. You can store your shoes and jackets in the cloakroom in the entrance area of the apartment. A shared (coin operated) washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in a separate outside building of the residential complex and can be shared by all guests. You can park your car free of charge in a car parking space belonging to your apartment (carport) right next to the house, your bikes can be parked in a separate bike house in the residence. If you don't bring your own bikes, you can rent them if you are interested in renting a bike in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex. It is unfortunately not possible to bring pets into this apartment! Smoking is not permitted in the interest of our non-smoking guests in the apartment, please use the terrace for this.
