Our new boarding house is located in the heart of the beautiful city of Heidelberg am Neckar. Centrally located between Bismarckplatz and the main train station. The many restaurants and shops offer a variety of opportunities to stroll, shop and relax. Our boarding house, which opened in 2019, convinces rail and individual travelers with its convenient location and comfortably furnished rooms. If you want, use the tram or bus, they stop right in front of the door or just walk. In just 15 minutes you can reach Bismarckplatz and the picturesque old town.
Our offer is aimed at visitors and business people who are looking for a temporary home in Heidelberg, whether for one night, several weeks or months. Explore the old heart of the city, with its small cafes, restaurants and beautiful architecture. Convince yourself; Heidelberg will enchant you. The Neckar is only a few minutes' walk away and numerous paths along the river invite sporty people to jog. If you want to take it easy, relax on a long walk. The famous Heidelberg Castle, easily accessible by cable car or the pharmacy museum, the Heidelberg Zoo and many other sights, are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in a few minutes.

Living space about 25 square meters for up to 2 people. The combined living and sleeping area with LED TV, dining table with chairs and 2 single beds invites you to relax, work and relax. In the bathroom, a shower with a real glass shower partition and a modern shower toilet provide extra comfort. Towels and hair dryers are a matter of course.
The small kitchenette (without cooking facilities) with fridge, worktop and sink and the 49 inch LED TV with cable programs complete the furnishings.

Neu renoviertes Zimmer, super modern eingerichtet, auch das Badezimmer, sogar mit Dusch WC. Neu angekommen ist die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, super. Ansonsten sparsame Ausstattung, nur jeweils 2 Tassen, Teller und Gläser. Aber es reicht, man spült es ja gleich. Leider auch kein Spüllappen und Handtuch vorhanden. Doch in der Spüle trocknet es auch von alleine. Hinten wird ein neues Haus gebaut, und auch unseres wird noch renoviert, Bauarbeiten begannen aber erst um 8:30, somit konnte man gut schlafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 100m entfernt, Kaufland oder Edeka. Super. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe. Zum Zentrum ca. 15-20 Min. zu Fuß. Aber mit Bus oder Tram leicht zu erreichen. Haben direkt vom Haus gegenüber einen kostenlosen Parkplatz bekommen, kann natürlich manchmal schwierig sein, da der Bahnhof in der Nähe ist.

Empfehlenswert

Appartement war sauber und modern eingerichtet. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt und Fußgängerzone. Aber, dass nicht mal Wasserkocher vorhanden war, von Kaffeemaschine ganz zu schweigen war ärgerlich. Wir haben gedacht, dass so was in Ferienwohnung hingehört.

Neues Apartment in der Nähe der Altstadt

Wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Im Detail: Die Ausstattung ist neu, funktional und teilweise besser (sanitären Anlagen) als erwartet. Kleine Mankos: Über dem Badespiegel ist kein Licht. Leider zeigt FeWo das gemietete Zimmer mit 25 qm mit den Bildern von dem größeren Apartment, welches auch einen Herd in der Küchenzeile hat. Dies ist beim "kleinen Zimmer" nicht der Fall, was auch im Text so steht. Das ist leider nicht eindeutig. Die Zimmerkarten funktionierten leider an einem Tag nicht mehr, so dass der Eigentümer telefonisch kontaktiert wurde (Mailbox) und vorbei kommen durfte. Das funktionierte allerdings einwandfrei.
