About Debra Reuben
HI, my name is Debra Reuben, I live in Colorado and have been coming to Mazatlan for many years. My parents bought their first unit pre-construction and I got to visit it while in Collage for family trips. My 3 kids spend many spring and Christmas vacation playing on the beautiful beaches and frolicking in the ocean and the pool.
Debra Reuben purchased this Condo in 1978
Why Debra Reuben chose Marina Mazatlán
We have 3 condos available. Two are 3rd floor...Spectacular ocean front view...The other one is fully HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE!!!!!
What makes this Condo unique
Close to fabulous restaurants and night life yet a quiet oasis a bit north of the lively night life. The staff is absolutely the BEST!!!! They will go out of there way to help you enjoy your stay!

Great place in quiet part of mazatlan.
Just what we were expecting perfect size for our family and the semi private beach just not crowed at all even though it was spring break (Semana santa).
So glad you enjoyed it!
Oceanside Paradise in Mazatlan
A retired couple, we have travelled throughout Mexico, from west coast to east coast, through the mountains, villages, and towns but always come back to Mazatlan . This is a place that not only boasts a glorious seaside but has all the culture and history of a lovely old Colonial city. We love the Cerritos Beach area - quiet with fine sand beaches yet only a short bus ride from the Golden Zone and the city centre.
We have rented condos along this strip on several occasions with varying degrees of success. This year, however, we found the absolutely perfect accommodation and can't recommend it highly enough. Playa Escondida Condominiums sits right at the ocean's edge and the unit is finely furnished with complete kitchen, wonderful beds, English language T.V., extensive library, and even a massage chair. Each evening we fell asleep to the sound of the surf. And three times a week at 9:00 a.m. the fish and vegetable trucks come by to help restock your kitchen.
The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. You don't need a car. There is much to do and see. Ocean swimming, as well as the very warm pool, delight, and the surrounding gardens are lush and lovely. The owner is flexible and easy to deal with. No one could ask for more.
View was wonderful! Grounds were beautiful. Photos and listing was accurate. Debra was readily available.
Personal assistance was great, very friendly people very nicee size condo, and the view wast great on this condo
I liked a lot, it is a very well maintened Condo in front of the beach not crowded and close to all the action.
all the expectations was covered .
Thanks for share your condo.
I would rate our stay a 5 but there were a couple things I'll mention that made it 4 stars. First of all, there was no access to the ocean front while we were there. The doors to exit were locked. You had to go outside of the hotel to go swimming. The beach that is close by is great for swimming though, no rocks and much safer than Play Bruja up the road. The second thing is that the pool is rather small. However, it is a fine size for doing laps, just quite narrow. With 8 people in the pool you already felt likt you were crowding the pool if you stepped in. The condo itself is great! Wonderful ocean few both from the living area and the bedroom! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was nice! Overal, a great stay!! Very quiet & pleasant!
